Bio – Tim Ryan has over 16 years of experience in corporate recruiting, contract recruiting, building software and IT consulting organizations. Tim has built and sold his own successful technical recruiting company, The Edge Recruiting Corp. Tim's career in recruiting has focused primarily on executive searches, technical recruiting, outsourced recruiting and contract recruiting services serving a market defined both domestically and internationally where he has worked with Fortune 500 companies, consulting firms, and start-up organizations.

Tim brings his senior management skills, knowledge of recruiting techniques, senior sales skills and entrepreneurial skills to many organizations from working as a consultant and employee for such companies as c.w. Costello & Associates, RCG Information Technology, Computer People, Encore Consulting Services and Private Search Firms.

CERTIFICATIONS: Tim has earned several certifications and commendations for his accomplishments as a senior executive recruiter and has participated as a discussion leader on the topic.
