Retained Search - Your needs become top priority. You are guaranteed our highest level of commitment.

A payment of 1/3 of the overall fee is retained at the beginning of the search process when signing the contract. The second 1/3 is due when a list of qualified candidates is presented. The final balance will be due when the candidate is hired.

Exclusive Search - Wabo is the only agency you use to fill a particular position and your needs receive priority status. Your requisitions are worked on everyday all day.

Contingency Search - Wabo is used on a non-exclusive basis and we become one of the resources you use to fill a particular position.
