Developing a Personalized Search Strategy
Our recruiting experts will meet with your hiring manager to discuss specific job requirements and the development of the position description for your approval. We will identify the critical factors for success and failure as they pertain to your company. We will then develop a personalized search strategy that is designed to cater to your individual needs. Our personalized search strategy will not only help us profile and identify candidates who meet the stated specifications for an assignment, but who will also be valued and lasting additions to your organization over many years. The goal is to secure a human resource that produces optimal returns and contributions.

Filling the Talent Pool
Our staffing and recruiting team is constantly recruiting and pre-screening individuals by conducting interviews, reference checks and testing in advance. We spend time on the front end so we can fill your job requirements faster and with better people in order to save you time on the back end. We also participate in industry events, national and professional associations and virtual communities we are constantly out in the fields seeking out the best talent to join our ranks. Often your best option for a new resource may not be actively looking for a job right now, making them a lot harder to find. At Wabo, we network with our best people for invaluable references. Managing the Screening Process
Wabo will develop a list of specific screening questions that meet with your approval to ensure that all of your needs are addressed. We will screen all candidates that are submitted to us via cold calling responses as well as any matches that are in our extensive database or personal networks.

In addition to your customized pre-screening questions, Wabo will test and verify technical skills by utilizing the assistance of subject matter experts, when appropriate, during the candidates’ first interview with us. Our staffing specialist will then perform all necessary reference checks and coordinate and schedule interviews with your hiring manager.

Delivering the Candidate
Once the candidate is approved by your hiring manager, Wabo will serve as an intermediary during the offer and negotiation process. We will prepare the offer as well as extend the offer to the new hire. Search fees are an investment. Therefore it is our policy to perform periodic performance maintenance checks with both the candidate and the hiring manager throughout the first 12 month period. The satisfaction of our clients and candidates are crucial to the success of all parties involved.
